The Department of Arabic Language and Literature offers a two-year postgraduate program dedicated to the advanced study of Arabic language, literature, and its rich intellectual heritage. The program focuses on reviving the classical legacy of Arabic scholarship while engaging critically with contemporary linguistic, literary, and cultural discourses. It equips students with a profound understanding of classical and modern Arabic texts, literary criticism, linguistics and rhetoric, fostering excellence in research and academic inquiry. The department fulfils Darul Huda Islamic University's vision of preserving the intellectual tradition of Islamic civilization and promoting its universal values through Arabic language. By integrating classical scholarship with modern academic methodologies, the program nurtures scholars capable of contributing to the propagation of authentic Islamic knowledge and intercultural dialogue in diverse global contexts.
